All of Essel Je's CUSTOM UNITS are individually machine made. Each unit requires 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to manufacture but may require a longer processing period depending on the volume of custom units in queue at the time your order is placed.
If any items are on BACK ORDER, an email will be sent to the address on file to serve as notice.
For READY TO SHIP Units, orders will be processed within one business day after purchase is completed.
For security purposes, SHIPPING AND BILLING addresses MUST MATCH. Orders that do not have the same billing and shipping address will be cancelled.
All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking numbers will be provided to you. All orders require a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Please do not place LAST MINUTE or RUSH orders. All orders [including wigs, bundles, frontals and closures] have a processing time. Shipping time frame is in ADDITION to processing time.
NO REFUNDS. Bundles, Closures and Frontals ONLY may be exchanged within 3 business days of verified receipt of package. Only items that have not been ALTERED or TAMPERED with will be exchanged. Restrictions and fees apply.
