All orders come with standard ground shipping [3-5 business days] included and a signature is required. Shipping time is in ADDITION to processing time. Please be sure to check the FAQs page to learn more about PROCESSING and SHIPPING times. Tracking numbers will be emailed and/or texted once the order has been dropped off to the delivery courrier. 

NO REFUNDS.

If an error has been made on our part, EXCHANGES may be made within 3 days of package reciept by customer. Bundles, Frontal and/or closure must not be worn or tampered with and all original packaging must be still be attached and in tact. 

If exchange is requested by customer, there are additional processing, restocking and re-ship fees.
